Powołana Instytucja okazała się trwałą inicjatywą poznańskich organiczników, istnieje bowiem nieprzerwanie do dziś. Wieloletnia działalność Poznańskiego Towarzystwa Przyjaciół Nauk trudna jest do przecenienia. Stworzone wówczas środowisko naukowe – wyrobiło wśród Poznańczyków przekonanie o potrzebie uprawiania i popularyzacji nauki. Niezmiennie podstawową formą działalności PTPN są zebrania naukowe w Komisjach i w Wydziałach. Podczas tych zebrań, członkowie lub goście z całego kraju i z zagranicy przedstawiają referaty, które następnie służą za podstawę do otwartej dyskusji. Rok rocznie Towarzystwo organizuje ok. 10 -15 mniejszych lub większych sesji, konferencji i seminariów, aby dzięki temu popularyzować wiedzę.

Jej zainteresowania dotyczą zagadnienień kształcenia dzieci z głęboką niepełnosprawnością intelektualną (swoiste novum w pedagogice specjalnej). Będąc na emeryturze ukończyła dwa kursy doskonalące w tym zakresie. Zgłębia problematykę kompensowania ubytków intelektualnych dzieci i młodzieży niepełnosprawnej w wieku szkolnym poprzez aktywność psychofizyczną i ruchową. Stąd wywodzi się jej pasja społecznikowska dotycząca organizowania różnorodnych form sportowo ?rehabilitacyjnych z myślą o uczniach upośledzonych umysłowo w stopniu lekkim. Do czasu powstania w Polsce STOWARZYSZENIA ?OLIMPIADY SPECJALNE? ? organizowała formy aktywności ruchowo ? sportowej również uczniów ?szkół życia? (głębiej upośledzonych umysłowo).
Od 1984 r. organizuje igrzyska sportowe pod kryptonimem ?NIKE? obejmujące lekką atletykę i piłkę nożną, zawody halowe dla uczniów ?szkół życia?. Przez 26 lat wylansowała kilku Mistrzów i Wicemistrzów Polski między innymi w skoku wzwyż, biegach, pływaniu, rzucie oszczepem, kręglach i warcabach. Organizowała i nadal organizuje obozy sportowo ? rehabilitacyjne tzw. ?Sportowe wakacje? w górach. Organizowała 6-krotnie Mistrzostwa Polski w kręglarstwie bowlingowym w Pile i klasycznym we Wronkach. W Biurze Porad Obywatelskich w Pile utworzyła FORUM POMOCY PRAWNEJ dla osób niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie (pomoc w uzyskaniu mieszkania, środków na remont, wyposażenie w meble i sprzęty gospodarstwa domowego, odwołania od decyzji ZUS w sprawie rent, sprawy w sądach cywilnych i rodzinnych).

Na stacji kolejowej w Bukownicy stworzyła ostoję kultury, którą zaczarowała mieszkańców całego regionu.
Z pasją wdraża wizję stowarzyszenia jaką jest: wyrównywanie szans edukacji artystycznej dzieci, młodzieży, dorosłych, starszych wiekiem i niepełnosprawnych, osób zagrożonych patologią z terenów wiejskich; animacja kulturalna społeczności lokalnej, integracja pokoleń w twórczym działaniu, ratowanie od zniszczenia zabytkowych miejsc dorobku kultury Polskiej, ochrona środowiska, propagowanie zdrowego trybu życia i odżywiania, turystyka i sport, a nade wszystko rozwój artystyczny człowieka.

Mieścisko. W 1976 został powołany na stanowisko zastępcy dyrektora w Szkole Podstawowej w Mieścisku, a od 1984r. pełni funkcję dyrektora tej placówki. Jest cenionym nauczycielem i znakomitym organizatorem. Z jego inicjatywy powstała m.in. Szkolna Orkiestra Dęta. Od 1986r. pełni funkcję prezesa Zarządu Gminnego Towarzystwa Przyjaciół Dzieci, organizując corocznie wypoczynek letni dla dzieci, pomoc żywnościową oraz rzeczową dla najuboższych. W 2005r. zorganizował Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Uczniom im. Jana Pawła II w Mieścisku, wypłacającego comiesięcznie 25 stypendiów dla najlepszych uczniów. Jest laureatem nagrody Ministra Oświaty i Wychowania, nagrody I stopnia Kuratora Oświaty i Wychowania. Odznaczony Złotą Odznaką ZNP, Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi, Medalem dr Jordana, Medalem Komisji Edukacji Narodowej.
